摘要
“双师型”教师分层分类的培养模式契合了高职院校教师的类型和阶段特征,改善了现有培养模式“一刀切”“离散式”“被动式”的弊端,通过加强顶层设计与过程管理,依托校企合作,形成多主体共同体,建构了“二类三层”培养体系,从而提高“双师型”教师培养的精准性、系统性与参与性。
The stratified and classified training model of double-qualified teachers conforms to the types and stages of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and improves the shortcomings of the existing training model of one size fits all,discreteness and passiveness.By strengthening the top-level design and process management,relying on school-enterprise cooperation,forms a multi-subject community,and constructs a two-class threelayer training system,thereby improving the accuracy,systematicness and participation of double-qualified teacher training.
