摘要 高校思想政治理论课(以下简称高校思政课)质量评价是多元主体依据一定的方法和多维指标,对思政课的“固有特性”满足党、国家以及学生需求的程度进行判断、分析和总结的活动。在我国,思政课是立德树人的主课堂,具有真理性、价值性、灌输性和启发性等“固有特性”,关系着党和国家事业发展后继有人。对其进行质量评价,是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求、是优化思政课改革的重要保障也是完善思政课教师队伍建设的关键举措。在新形势下,探索思政课质量评价路径的高质发展,要锚定多维评价主体、适时更新评价观念、强化过程评价、科学构建评价指标体系和反馈机制,有效提升高校思政课立德树人实效。 The quality evaluation of Ideological and Political Theory Course in colleges and universities is an activity in which multiple subjects judge,analyze and summarize the extent to which the inherent characteristics of Ideological and political course meet the needs of the party,the state and students according to certain methods and multidimensional indicators.In China,the ideological and political course is the main classroom for building morality and cultivating people.It has inherent characteristics such as truth,value,indoctrination and enlightenment,and is related to the development of the Communist Party of China and the nation.In the new situation,to explore the high-quality development of the quality evaluation path of Ideological and political courses,it is necessary to anchor the multi-dimensional evaluation subject,timely update the evaluation concept,strengthen the process evaluation,and scientifically build the evaluation index system and feedback mechanism,effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the end.
