The theory of people evaluation is the theoretical result of marxism innovation by the Party in the process of leading the socialist construction,and its own course includes two stages of germination and development.The systematic application of people evaluation theory is to construct people evaluation system,including the construction of people evaluation platform and corresponding operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.Effective use of the people evaluation system,for the party,the state,the people,society,relevant units,have important practical significance.
