摘要
电极箔是制造铝电解电容器的关键材料,电极箔容量的扩充一直是电极箔生产企业面临的主要技术难题。以电极箔容量扩充为切入点,详细介绍了腐蚀箔扩面腐蚀技术、化成箔高介电常数复合氧化膜制备技术等当前主要的电极箔扩容技术的研究进展,最后对未来电极箔扩容技术的发展进行了展望。
Electrode foil is the key material for manufacture of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, the capacity expansion of electrode foil has always been the main technical problem faced by electrode foil manufacturers. The capacity expansion of electrode foil as breakthrough point is taken in this paper, and the current research progress of the main capacity expansion technology of the electrode foil are introduced in detail, such as the expansion corrosion technology of corrosion foil and the preparation technology of high dielectric constant composite oxide film of formed foil. Finally, the future development of capacity expansion technology of electrode foil is prospected.
