摘要
随着会展业的快速发展,会议展览中的茶歇服务受到更多与会者关注,文章运用RMP理论以及相关的旅游学理论分析甘肃地方饮食资源本体特征和茶歇市场需求,得出甘肃有多种可转化为茶歇产品的饮食资源,对适合开发成茶歇产品的饮食产品提出了对策建议,并将甘肃特有的敦煌、黄河、马家窑等文化元素融入到产品包装、餐具设计、氛围营造中,最终将饮食、文化和茶歇融为一体,既彰显文化内涵,又能为甘肃会展茶歇产品提供地方特色化发展的策略。
With the rapid development of the convention and exhibition industry,the tea break service of the conference and exhibition has attracted more attention from the participants,especially the development of the tea break products and the cultural connotation shown to the participants.Using RMP theory,literature analysis method,and related tourism theory,this paper analyzes the ontological characteristics of local dietary resources in Gansu and the market demand for tea breaks and concludes that there are a variety of local dietary resources that can be transformed into tea break products.At present,most of the Gansu tea break products are popular and lack local characteristics,so it is very necessary to develop Gansu special exhibition tea break products.The article puts forward packaging suggestions for diet products suitable for development into tea break products that meet the requirements of tea breaks and integrates cultural elements such as Dunhuang,Yellow River,and Majiayao unique to Gansu into product packaging3.Tableware design,atmosphere creation,and finally the food,culture,and tea break into one,not only highlight the cultural connotation but also for Gansu convention and exhibition tea break products provide strategies for the development of local characteristics.
