摘要
高校思想政治理论课质量的提升需要制度化保障。作为一项重要的制度化安排,集体备课经历了一个逐步完善、渐趋规范的发展过程。高校思想政治理论课集体备课,要解决好“怎么备”“备什么”等问题,需要进一步完善制度保障,创新实践路径,激发思想政治理论课教师的活力,构建思想政治理论课教师共同体,更好地将国家大政方针融入课程教学,提升集体备课的针对性和效果,促进育人目标的实现。
The improvement of the quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities needs to be institutionalized.As an important institutional arrangement,collective lesson preparation has undergone a development process.Collective preparation of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities must solve the problems of“how to prepare”and“what to prepare”.It is necessary to further improve system guarantees,innovate practical paths,stimulate the vitality of ideological and political theory teachers,and build a community of ideological and political theory teachers to integrate the national policies into curriculum teaching,improve the pertinence and effect of collective lesson preparation,and promote the realization of educational goals.
