混杂纤维橡胶混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘要 用橡胶粉末替换部分细骨料及掺入不同体积玄武岩-聚丙烯的方法制备混凝土,并针对玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土和玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维橡胶混凝土进行立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验分析。通过回归分析,建立了混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与混杂纤维总体积掺量的关系式,用于分析混凝土试块的破坏形态。分析结果表明,橡胶粉末的掺入会大幅降低混凝土的强度,两种混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均随着纤维体积掺量的增加而先升后降。 The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of basalt polypropylene hybrid fiber concrete and basalt polypropylene hybrid fiber rubber concrete with different volume contents before and after replacement are tested.By regression analysis,the relationship between the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of two types of concrete and the total amount of hybrid fiber is established.The failure modes of each test block are analyzed.The test results show that rubber powder can greatly reduce the strength of concrete,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of two types increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of fiber volume content.
