Financial Intelligentization of Enabling Enterprises in Digital Economy:Realization Path and Application Trend

基于数字化经济背景,文章从技术赋能到数字化治理,数字化颠覆传统财务管理,数字化提高财务管理精细化水平,以及提升财务工作者的业务水平四个方面,分析了数字经济发展对企业财务管理的影响。数字经济赋能企业财务智能化路径在于:通过搭建技术组织架构管控系统驱动智能化转型;以数字化驱动信息自动化重塑价值创造;搭建数据信息中台;以及通过数据依托算法模型赋能决策。未来数字化经济下的企业智能化发展有望在财务智能化的应用场景,人机智能化交互,电子发票云服务,财务专家系统(RPA)等方面有着重要的应用。

Based on the background of digital economy, this paper analyzes the impact of the development of digital economy on enterprise financial management from four aspects: technology empowerment to digital governance, digital subversion of traditional financial management, digital can improve the level of financial management refinement, digital can improve the business level of financial workers. This paper discusses the path of financial intelligence of enterprises empowered by digital economy from the aspects of building technology organization structure management and control system to drive intelligent transformation, using digitalization to drive information automation to reshape value creation, building data information center, and enabling decision-making through data relying algorithm model. And the development of enterprise intelligence in the future digital economy: application scenarios of financial intelligence, intelligent human-computer interaction, electronic invoice cloud service, financial expert system(RPA) and other application trends.
