乡村振兴背景下提升农村基层党组织战斗力路径探析

On the Ways to Improve the Fighting Capacity of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

中国经济和社会发展最薄弱的环节在农村,全面推进乡村振兴的主战场也在农村,而农村基层党组织是党在农村基层的主心骨、领头雁和压舱石,因此如何提升农村基层党组织战斗力就显得尤为重要。针对目前部分农村基层党组织面临着治理观念更新难、组织结构优化难、制度建设落地难等问题进行分析,提出抓组织力以加强思想引领、抓执行力来注重队伍建设、抓服务力强化制度建设的破解路径,以激发乡村的内生动力,补齐农业农村短板弱项,筑牢党在农村基层最坚实的政治基础。

The weakest link in China’s economic and social development is in rural areas, and the main battlefield for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is also in rural areas. Rural grassroots party organizations are the backbone, leader and ballast of the party at the rural grassroots level. Therefore, how to improve the combat effectiveness of rural grassroots party organizations is particularly important. In view of the current difficulties faced by some rural grassroots party organizations, such as the renewal of governance concepts, the optimization of organizational structure, and the implementation of system construction, this paper puts forward a solution to strengthen the organizational power, strengthen the ideological guidance and execution, pay attention to the team building, and strengthen the service capacity, and strengthen the system construction, so as to stimulate the endogenous power of the countryside, supplement the weaknesses of the agricultural countryside, and build the most solid political foundation of the party at the rural grassroots level.
