基于OBE理念的地方高校工科专业人才培养探析——以A大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例

Analysis of the Talent Training of Engineering Major Based on OBE Concept in Local Colleges and Universities:Taking the Material Forming and Control Engineering of University A as an Example

为培养出能适应产业发展需求的应用型工程专业人才,文章以A大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例,提出了探索创新工科专业人才培养模式、加强专业基层教学组织建设、提高专业教学质量保障能力等举措,并不断将OBE理念融入到相关专业人才培养过程中去,保障人才培养目标逐步得以高标准实现。

In order to cultivate applied engineering talents who can meet the needs of industrial development, this paper explores and puts forward a series of measures related to talent training taking the material forming and control engineering of University A as an example. These measures include innovating the training mode of applied engineering professionals, strengthening the construction of professional grassroots teaching organizations, and improving professional teaching quality assurance ability. We continue to integrate the OBE concept into the talent training process, so as to ensure that the training goal of first-class talents can be gradually realized with high standards.
