摘要
在新文科背景下,人力资源管理课程的重要性凸显,但是传统的课堂教学模式存在诸多问题。在分析问题成因的基础上,以人力资源管理课程为例,提出“翻转课堂+OKR管理法”的三段式教学模式设计,利用翻转课程和OKR管理法自身的优点,提高学生的参与感、认同感和主动性,提升教学效果与教学成果,最终增强学生的综合能力与素质。
In the background of new liberal arts, the importance of human resource management curriculum is prominent, however there are many problems in the traditional classroom teaching mode. Based on the analysis of the causes of those problems, taking human resource management curriculum as an example, this paper puts forward a three-stage teaching mode of " flipped classroom +OKR management method", making use of the advantages of flipped classroom and OKR management to enhance students’ sense of participation and identity as well as their initiative, and to improve teaching effectiveness and achievement, and finally to strengthen the comprehensive ability and quality of students.
