摘要 针对汽车轮毂铸件的结构特点、工艺上存在的问题以及主要失效形式,从结构和材料性能入手:(1)结构上,设计了主毂体“凸凹轮幅筋”结构和法兰“梅花瓣形”结构,提高了承载能力,使轮毂铸件平均壁厚减薄,结构设计上避免过大热节,减少内在铸造缺陷,减轻铸件质量;(2)材料上,将材料牌号更改为QT450-15,通过合理选用原材料,严格控制球墨铸铁化学成分,优化球化处理工艺及采用多次孕育处理工艺,使铸件力学性能达到了技术要求,实现了轮毂铸件的优化升级,顺应了汽车轻量化的发展方向。 According to the structure characteristics of the automotive wheel hub casting,problems existing in production method and process,as well as the main failure mode,the development work started with the structure and material properties:(1)In the structure aspect,convex-concave spoke ribs structure of the main hub was designed and plum petals structure of the flange was designed that elevated carrying capacity,reduced the average wall thickness of the hub casting,the structure design avoided too big hot spot,reduced inner casting defects,reduced casting weight.(2)In casting material aspect,the material was changed into QT450-15,by rationally choosing raw materials,strictly controlling chemical composition of the nodular iron,optimizing nodularizing treatment process and adopting multiple inoculation treatment process,made the mechanical properties of the casting meeting technical requirements,realized optimization and upgradiation of the wheel hub casting that conforms to the development direction of automobile lightweight.
