摘要
介绍了高端叉车转向架铸件的技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计,通过使用MAGMA数值模拟软件辅助观察铸件的充型过程及凝固过程,使铸造工艺在短时间内符合技术质量要求,经检测,铸件的各部分尺寸符合尺寸公差要求,铸件未出现缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过合理设计化学成分及严格控制熔炼工艺及浇注工艺,使铸件本体的球化率达到90%,球化等级达到2级,铁素体体积分数80%;铸件本体抗拉强度483 MPa,屈服强度318 MPa,伸长率18%,硬度163 HB,符合技术要求。
The technical requirements of the high end lifter bogie casting were introduced,its casting method was described in detail. Due to using MAGMA numeral simulation software to observe the mold filling process and solidification process,the casting method met the technical quality requirements in a short time. Inspection showed that the various places dimensions of the casting met the dimensional tolerance requirements,and no shrinkage cavity and porosities. By properly designing chemical composition and strictly controlling melting process and pouring process,the casting body quality reached:the nodularity of 90%,nodularity grade of class 2,volume proportion of ferrite of 80%,tensile strength of 483 MPa,yield strength of 318 MPa,elongation of 18%,hardness of 163 HB,totally met technical requirements.
