摘要
针对使用迪砂垂直造型线生产刹车盘一箱1件造型的出品率低问题,开发了1+1工艺,即:利用型板的剩余面积和铸型的剩余体积,在一块型板上布局两种尺寸的铸件,搭配1个尺寸较小的铸件,变成一箱2件,使其提高产能效率。结合实际生产情况,总结了以下设计要点:(1)工艺设计时确保2个型号铸件的材料牌号相同;(2)订单量及交货期应高度匹配,如果订单量不匹配,考虑设计型板活块;(3)工艺设计要尽可能使2个型号的型腔同时充型,需注意压头布局,并设计合理的浇注系统;(4)浇注温度不宜过高,否则会出现缩松或石墨粗大问题。
Aiming at the problem of low yield of 1 box 1 piece of brake disc produced by DISA vertical molding line,a 1+1process was developed.That was using the remaining area of the mold plate and the remaining volume of the casting mold,two castings in different sizes were arranged on a mold plate.Turn into 1 box-2 pieces,making it more efficient in production capacity.Combined with the production situation,the following design points were summarized:(1)During the process design,ensure that the material grades of the two types of castings were the same.(2)The order quantity and delivery time should be highly matched.If they did not,consider designing the pattern plate.(3)The process design should make two types of cavities filled at the same time as much as possible.Pay attention to the layout of the injection head,and designed a reasonable gating system.(4)The pouring temperature should not be too high,otherwise there would be problems of shrinkage or coarse graphite.
