摘要
研究了不同硅含量的硅固溶强化铁素体蠕墨铸铁的性能对比,结果表明:(1)当w(Si)3.6%~4.8%时,硅固溶强化铁素体蠕墨铸铁的力学性能满足国标RuT400~RuT500的要求,随着硅含量的增加,抗拉强度增加,屈服强度增加,伸长率降低,硬度增加,冲击韧性降低;(2)硅固溶强化铁素体蠕墨铸铁的共析转变温度明显高于普通蠕墨铸铁,高温抗拉强度均随着温度的升高而下降;(3)硅固溶强化铁素体蠕墨铸铁的铸造工艺性及切削加工工艺性较好,生产成本较低。
The properties comparison of Si solid solution strengthened ferrite vermicular graphite iron with different Si contents was investigated,the results showed:(1)When Si content was of 3.6%~4.8%,the properties of Si solid solution strengthened ferrite vermicular graphite iron met requirements of China standard RuT400~RuT500.With Si content increasing,tensile strength increased,yield strength increased,elongation decreased,hardness increased,impact toughness decreased.(2)The eutectoid transformation temperature of Si solid solution strengthened ferrite vermicular iron was obviously higher than normal vermicular iron,high temperature tensile strength decreased with temperature elevating.(3)The casting properties and machining properties of Si solid solution strengthened ferrite vermicular graphite iron was relatively good,production cost relatively lower.
