This paper focused on the analysis of the problems that Shanghe faced in the early stage of the rural and urban sanitation integration,summarized the practice as well as innovation of CO-OP Environmental Technology Co.LTD.,in providing rural sanitation service,which reached a new scheme of Sanitation Pattern featured in universality and competitivity.
