济南市垃圾分类体系的建设与实施

Construction and implementation of waste classification system in Jinan

自全国开展垃圾分类工作以来,济南市响应国家号召,结合城市实际情况,构建济南市垃圾分类体系,建成分类投放、分类收集、分类运输和分类处理等4个环节,重点强调源头减量和终端设施建设。通过对济南市垃圾分类配套设施、政策法规和宣传引导等体系的调查与研究,采用实地走访、抽样调查和统计调查等方式进行分析研判,并提出落实和完善法规细则、加强动员宣传和氛围营造、强化责任落实与管理等解决措施,进一步完善和推动济南市垃圾分类体系的建设。

Since the beginning of waste classification work throughout the country,Jinan has responded to the national call and,in the light of the actual situation of the city,Jinan has established a waste classification system with four links including classified delivery,classified collection,classified transportation and classified treatment,emphasis on source reduction and terminal facilities construction.Based on the investigation and study of the supporting facilities for waste classification,policies and regulations,publicity and guidance systems in Jinan,by means of on-the-spot visits,sample surveys and statistical surveys.It also put forward measures to implement and improve the detailed rules and regulations,to strengthen the publicity and create an atmosphere,to reinforce the responsibility of implementation and management,thus further improves and promotes the construction of waste classification system in Jinan.
