PCR-PP共混改性及其日化包装中应用

摘要 随着各国陆续宣布碳达峰和碳中和日程后,消费品行业龙头公司积极推进消费后再生塑料(PCR)洁净清洗后共混改性替代新料改性进行节碳减排。选择消费后再生聚丙烯为研究对象,将其通过收集—分选—破碎—清洗—烘干得到洁净聚丙烯破碎片,然后将这些破碎片结合日化行业材料要求进行共混改性。通过机械性能、热力学和流变性能分析,可以看出经过共混改性PCR-PP材料具有较高热稳定性和优异综合机械性,能够用于日化包装行业洁净PCR-PP。 With the announcement of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutralization process in various countries,leading companies in consumer goods industry actively promote the clean washing of recycled plastics after consumption(PCR)and the blending modification instead of new material modification to save carbon and reduce emissions.In this paper,recycled polypropylene after consumption are selected as the research object,and clean washing polypropylene chips are obtained by collecting-sorting-crushing-cleaning-drying,and then these chips are blended and modified according to the material requirements of commodity packaging industry.Through the analysis of mechanical properties,thermodynamics and rheological properties,it can be seen that the PCR-PP material modified by blending has high thermal stability and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,and can be used for clean PCRPP in daily chemical packaging industry.
