钛合金切削过程进给量对疲劳寿命的影响规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究进给量在钛合金切削加工中对疲劳寿命的影响规律,通过改变进给量对钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)疲劳试样进行单因素车削加工,观察不同进给量下已加工表面的形貌特性,并对在不同进给量下加工的试样进行高周疲劳试验,分析疲劳断口破坏特性,研究进给量对高周疲劳寿命的影响规律。结果表明:当进给量增加时,钛合金表面加工质量降低,疲劳裂纹源增多并由次表面向加工表面转移,随着进给量增大,有效应力集中系数K增大,疲劳寿命降低。 In order to study the effect of feed on fatigue life in cutting titanium alloy(Ti-6 Al-4 V)process,the fatigue specimens of titanium alloy are turned by single factor method with changing feed.The machined surface topography characteristics are observed under different feed.High cycle fatigue test is carried out on the specimens cut under different feed so as to analyze the fatigue fracture failure characteristics and study the influence law of feed on high cycle fatigue life.The results show that with the increase of feed,the machining quality of titanium alloy surface is decreased,the fatigue crack sources increase and move from the secondary surface to the machined surface.With the increase of feed,the effective stress concentration coefficient Kis increased,and the fatigue life is decreased.
