复合材料手工制孔刀具的寿命优化

摘要 碳纤维复合材料(CF)具有非均质各向异性的结构特点,制孔时极易产生基体灼伤、毛刺、分层及撕裂等多种形式的损伤。针对复材手工制孔刀具规格多的问题,通过对纯CF以及CF/Al叠层材料制孔进行刀具方案优化,并引入匕首钻和PCD锪窝钻进行刀具寿命测试,大幅降低了刀具规格及数量、刀具寿命测试时间及耗资,对比前期刀具,其使用寿命平均提升1.96倍,同时提升了刀具质量和寿命的稳定性。 Carbon fiber composites(CF)are used in aircraft structure manufacturing continually.However,during the cutting process of carbon fiber composites,it is easy to produce matrix burns,burrs,delamination,tearing and other forms of damage as its heterogeneous and anisotropic structure.In this paper,the tool program in the process of drilling is optimized for the pure carbon fiber composites and CF/Al laminates,and the tool life test is carried out through dagger drill and PCD dimple drill.The result shows that the tool specifications and quantity,tool life test time and cost are greatly reduced,the average service life of tools is increased by 1.96 times compared with the previous study,as well the stability of tool quality and life is improved.
