摘要
为探究高校创新支持对大学生创新行为的影响机理,构建了高校创新支持、大学生参与动机与大学生创新行为之间的关系模型.利用结构方程模型对面向湖南省5所高校收集的604份有效问卷进行分析后发现,创新支持对大学生创新行为存在显著的正向影响;参与动机部分中介高校创新支持对大学生创新行为的影响,具体为自我强化动机和社会强化动机部分中介该影响.
To explore the influence mechanism of college innovation support on students'innovative behavior,this paper examines the relationships among college innovation support students'motivation for participation and students'innovative behavior.Analysis of 604 samples from five universities in Hunan reveal that college innovation support exerts a significantly positive influence on students'innovative behavior.Students'motivation,including self-strengthening and social-strengthening motivation,has mediating effect.
