基于灰色层次分析法的快速构建通信网络能力评估

The Ability Evaluation of Rapid Construction of Communication Network Based on Gray-AHP

针对地面防空力量远程机动防空作战行动通信保障需求,融入野战条件下作战环境、地域环境影响因素,结合通信保障人员能力要求,运用层次分析法分析了影响地面防空力量野战条件下快速构建通信网络能力的关键因素,构建了评估指标体系;运用灰色评价原理中白化权函数概念,使评价更加细化、客观,结合具体算例对评估模型的合理性及评估方法的有效性进行分析验证,针对评价结果进行了剖析总结,并提出了对策建议。

According to remote mobile air defense operation communication support needs for ground air defense forces,such influential factors as combat environment,regional environment in the field are integrated into,the ability requirement,combined with the communication support personnel ability request,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the key factors affecting the ability of Ground Air Defense to quickly build communication networks under field conditions,the evaluation index system is constructed;The concept of whitening weight function in the grey evaluation principle is used to make the evaluation more detailed and objective.The rationality of the evaluation model and the effectiveness of the evaluation model are analyzed an verified with a specific example,the evaluation results are analyzed and summarized,and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
