摘要
黄河水利委员会于天水、西峰、绥德三地所建设的水土保持科学试验站是黄土高原水土保持科学试验的先行者、坚守者,70余年来取得了突出的成效,为黄土高原水土流失防治提供了有力的科技支撑。在对“三站”水土保持科学试验发展历程、取得成效总结回顾的基础上,分析了存在的优势与短板,提出了高质量发展背景下黄土高原水土保持科学试验的对策建议。
The three soil and water conservation experiment stations of Tianshui,Xifeng and Suide,established by Yellow River Conservancy Com-mission are the pioneers and adherents of soil and water conservation scientific experiment on the Loess Plateau.Over the past 70 years,they have achieved outstanding results,providing strong scientific and technological support for the prevention and control of soil erosion on the Loess Plateau.On the basis of summarizing and reviewing the development course and achievements of the scientific experiment of soil and water conservation of the three stations,the paper analyzed the existing advantages and weaknesses,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for scientific experiments of soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau under the background of high-quality development.
