摘要
目的:不同方法分离金银花醇沉液的研究。方法:使用平板式离心机、板框过滤器、隔膜式压滤机3种设备分离金银花醇沉物,采用过滤时间、滤液量、滤液澄清度及滤液含量评价不同方法的差异。结果:平板式离心机、板框过滤器、隔膜式压滤机3种设备过滤金银花醇沉液,从时间上看,板框过滤器≤平板式离心机≤隔膜式压滤机;从滤液澄清度上看,板框过滤器及隔膜式压滤机分离的药液澄清,平板式离心机分离出的药液浑浊;从过滤收率上看,板框过滤器≤平板式离心机≤隔膜式压滤机;从含量上看,三者无明显差别。结论:综合安全(环保)、质量、成本3个生产管理的重要指标考虑,推荐在大生产中使用隔膜式压滤机分离金银花醇沉液。
Objective:To study the separation of honeysuckle alcohol precipitation by different methods.Methods:three kinds of equipment,plate centrifuge,plate frame filter and diaphragm filter press,were used to separate the alcohol precipitates of honeysuckle.The differences of different methods were evaluated by filtration time,filtrate volume,filtrate clarity and filtrate content.Results:plate centrifuge,plate frame filter and diaphragm filter press were used to filter honeysuckle alcohol precipitation.In terms of time,plate frame filter≤plate centrifuge≤diaphragm filter press.In terms of the clarity of the filtrate,the drug solution separated by the plate frame filter and the diaphragm filter press is clear,and the drug solution separated by the plate centrifuge is turbid.In terms of filtration yield,plate frame filter≤plate centrifuge≤diaphragm filter press.In terms of content,there is no significant difference between the three.Conclusion:considering safety(environmental protection),quality and cost,it is recommended to use diaphragm filter press to separate honeysuckle alcohol precipitation in mass production.
