摘要
采用硫酸-蒽酮法探究提取过程和测定过程的较优条件。研究结果表明,优化条件:提取过程中水浴时间90min,浸提频次20min/次;在测定过程中乙醇浓度80%,80%硫酸浓度。改进后的硫酸蒽酮法测定灵芝孢子粉RSD为1.7%,回收率在92.4%~97.1%。
The sulfuric acid anthrone method was used to explore the better conditions of the extraction process and determination process.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:the water bath time was 90 min,and the extraction frequency was 20 min/time.In the determination process,the volume fraction of ethanol is 80%,and the concentration of sulfuric acid is 80%.The RSD of ganoderma lucidum spore powder determined by the improved anthrone sulfate method is 1.7%,and the recovery is between 92.4%and 97.1%.
