摘要
为解决当前基于气相色谱分析、非分散红外、传感器阵列技术的CO检测技术精度低、实时性差以及稳定性差的问题,在对光声光谱技术原理分析的基础上,完成了CO检测系统的整体设计,并重点完成了光源激光器的选型和光声池的结构设计;最后,对所设计CO检测系统的测试精度和灵敏度进行验证。
In order to solve the problems of low accuracy,poor real-time performance and poor stability of current CO detection technology based on gas chromatography,non dispersive infrared and sensor array technology,based on the analysis of the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy technology,the overall design of CO detection system is completed,and the selection of light source laser and the structural design of photoacoustic cell are mainly completed.Finally,the test accuracy and sensitivity of the designed CO detection system are verified.
