Methanation technology is the core technology of preparing natural gas from coke oven gas.This paper mainly introduces the current domestic methanation process and application status of coke oven gas.By comparing the characteristics of methanation process,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the deactivation of methanation catalyst,so as to provide reference for the research of coke oven gas methanation technology.
