摘要
针对6.25m捣固焦炉在生产过程中出现推焦电流增大甚至二次推焦的情况,通过从煤质指标方面分析,阐述了影响推焦电流增大的因素。结果表明,主要因素有入炉煤奥阿膨胀度b值增高,膨胀压力增大,挥发分和收缩度X值降低。通过调整配煤方案,降低入炉煤奥阿膨胀度b值,减小膨胀压力,增高最终收缩度X值,推焦电流平均值由260A降至120A以下,推焦顺利进行。
Aiming at the situation that the coke pushing current increases and even the secondary coke pushing occurs in the production process of the 6.25 m tamping coke oven,the factors affecting the increase of the coke pushing current are expounded through the analysis of coal quality indicators.The results show that the main factors are the increase of the b value of the Oa expansion degree of the coal fed into the furnace,the increase of the expansion pressure,and the decrease of the volatile matter and the degree of shrinkage X value.By adjusting the coal blending plan,reducing the Oa expansion b value of the coal entering the furnace,reducing the expansion pressure,and increasing the final shrinkage X value,the average value of the coke pushing current is reduced from 260 A to below 120 A,and the coke pushing is carried out smoothly.
