摘要 为有效降低综采工作面突发火灾的可能性,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿18509工作面工程概况为例,基于该矿实际情况,分析了原防灭火设计存在的问题,并从内、外因两方面着手详细设计了该工作面的火灾防治方案,总结了一些综合防灭火措施,并分析了应用效果,通过综合应用这些防灭火技术,该综采工作面发生火灾的可能显著降低,可为类似工况下的综采工作面防灭火工作提供参考。 In order to effectively reduce the possibility of sudden fire in the fully mechanized mining face,taking the project overview of 18509 working face in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,based on the actual situation of the mine,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the original fire prevention and extinguishing design,designs the fire prevention and control plan of the working face in detail from the internal and external causes,summarizes some comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures,and analyzes the application effect.Through the comprehensive application of these fire prevention and extinguishing technologies,the possibility of fire in the fully mechanized mining face is significantly reduced,which can provide a reference for the fire prevention and extinguishing work in the fully mechanized mining face under similar working conditions.
