摘要
为提高矿井巷道掘进速度,基于影响巷道掘进速度的主要因素,借助仿真分析法得出顶锚杆最佳支护排距,通过改进优化掘进机截割路径,找出来掘进机最佳截割路径,通过优化作业工序,得出可施行多工序平行作业的作业模式,实际应用结果表明,经综合应用这些高效掘进技术后,矿井支护时间可缩短16%左右,掘进效率可提高26%以上,同时所支护的巷道围岩也更稳定,有助于更好的保障矿井安全高效生产。
In order to improve the tunneling speed of the mine roadway,based on the main factors affecting the tunneling speed,the optimal support row spacing of the roof bolt is obtained with the help of simulation analysis method.By improving and optimizing the cutting path of the roadheader,the optimal cutting path of the roadheader is found.By optimizing the working procedure,the operation mode that can implement multi procedure parallel operation is obtained.The practical application results show that after the comprehensive application of these efficient tunneling technologies,the mine support time can be shortened by about 16%,and the tunneling efficiency can be increased by more than 26%.At the same time,the surrounding rock of the supported roadway is more stable,which helps to better ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
