富甲烷气往复压缩机排气温度高的解决措施

摘要 富甲烷气压缩机运行2年来在运行过程中遇到的主要问题:压缩机二级压缩排气及三级压缩排期温度超设计值,导致二级排期阀和活塞环、三级排气阀和活塞环使用寿命严重少于备件使用要求,设备检修频次高,对甲烷转化系统运行稳定及运行单耗带来较大的风险,通过有效的分析和采取正确的改进措施,使这些问题得到有效的解决,降低设备维护成本,为甲烷转化装置平稳运行打下良好基础。 The main problems encountered in the operation of the methane rich gas compressor in the past two years are listed as followed.The temperature of the second stage compression exhaust and the third stage compression exhaust of the compressor exceeds the design value,resulting in the service life of the second stage exhaust valve and piston ring,the third stage exhaust valve and piston ring being seriously less than the requirements for spare parts,and the high frequency of equipment maintenance,which brings great risks to the stable operation and unit consumption of the methane conversion system.Through effective analysis and taking correct improvement measures,these problems can be effectively solved,the equipment maintenance cost can be reduced,and a good foundation can be laid for the smooth operation of methane conversion unit.
