摘要
在实际土壤环境中,重金属对作物的毒性与其生物有效态浓度直接相关,金属的生物有效态浓度往往更能反映出土壤的实际生态风险。如何获得准确的生物有效态金属浓度对于土壤环境质量评价具有重要意义。从重金属生物有效态的研究方法出发,对获取土壤中有效态金属的不同方法进行了系统梳理,并对不同方法的原理进行了说明;同时对土壤重金属生物有效态的应用进行了梳理。
In the actual soil environment,the toxicity of heavy metals to crops is directly related to their bioavailability concentration.The bioavailability concentration of metals often better reflects the actual ecological risk of soil.How to obtain accurate bioavailable metal concentration is of great significance for soil environmental quality assessment.Starting from the research methods of bioavailability of heavy metals,this paper systematically combs the different methods of obtaining available metals in soil,and explains the principles of different methods.At the same time,the application of bioavailability of heavy metals in soil was combed.
