摘要
绿茶作为一种含有茶多酚、茶氨酸等多种活性物质的饲用植物资源,具有提高抗氧化能力、调控体内微生物菌群结构、增强免疫机能等优点,有替代畜禽用抗生素的可能。文章综述了绿茶的主要活性成分及近年来绿茶对肉鸡抗氧化能力、免疫能力、肠道健康、生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,旨在为低值绿茶开发及肉鸡替抗养殖提供参考。
As a kind of natural plant resource containing tea polyphenol,L-theanine and other active ingredients,green tea has the advantages of improving antioxidant capacity,regulating intestinal flora and enhancing immune function etc.,it is possible to substitute antibiotics for livestock.The main active ingredients of green tea and the effects of green tea on antioxidant capacity,immunity,intestinal health,growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of broiler chickens in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide references for the development of low value green tea and the substitute antibiotics raising of broiler chickens.
