辽育白牛的品种特点、肥育饲养要点及应用前景

辽育白牛是辽宁省牛育种中心畜牧技术推广部门以夏洛莱牛为父本、本地黄牛为母本,应用杂交技术,采用开放式育种体系,遵循档案组群的原则,在第四代的杂交群体中选出优秀个体实施横交,并按一定选育计划所培育出的符合本地气候及饲养条件的肉牛新型品种。辽育白牛在外貌上具有比较好的一致性,适应性较强,同时遗传性能相对稳定,是我国培育的生产性能更高的专门化肉牛品种,发展前景十分广阔。文章介绍了辽育白牛的特性及育成的重要意义,阐述了辽育白牛今后育种工作重点、辽育白牛的肥育饲养要点及应用前景。

Liaoyu white cattle is a new breed of beef cattle bred by the animal husbandry technology extension department of Liaoning cattle breeding center,which uses Charlotte cattle as male parent and local yellow cattle as female parent,applies hybridization technology,adopts open breeding system,follows the principle of archival grouping,selects excellent individuals from the fourth generation of hybrid population for cross crossing,and selects and breeds,according to a certain plan to meet the local climate and feeding conditions.Liaoyu white cattle has relatively good consistency in appearance,strong adaptability,and relatively stable genetic performance.It is a specialized beef cattle breed with higher production performance bred in China,and has a very broad development prospect.In this paper,the characteristics and significance of breeding of Liaoyu white cattle were introduced,and the future key points of breeding,fattening and feeding of Liaoyu white cattle and its application prospects were expounded.
