摘要
试验旨在研究不同比例低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮对生长猪氮平衡及血清生化指标的影响,选取初始体重为(31.06±2.05)kg的健康杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪18头,随机分为A(对照组)、B、C 3组,每个组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组A日粮粗蛋白水平为18%,试验组B、试验组C日粮粗蛋白水平分别为16%和14%,并外源添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸达到氨基酸平衡。结果显示:在保证氨基酸平衡的基础上,将日粮粗蛋白水平降低2~4个百分点,极显著降低了尿氮和总氮排放量;氮表观生物学价值随日粮蛋白质水平降低而显著升高;血清尿素水平随日粮蛋白质水平降低而显著降低。试验结果表明日粮粗蛋白水平降低2~4个百分点不仅对生长猪健康状况无不利影响,还可显著降低氮的排放,缓解养猪业对环境造成的污染。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of different proportions of low protein amino acid balanced diet on nitrogen balance and serum biochemical indexes of growing pigs.A total of 18 growing pigs(duroc×landrace×largewhite)with initial body weight of(31.06±2.05)kg were randomly allocated into three groups,A(control group),B and C,six replicates in each group with one pig in each replicate.The crude protein level of the control group A was 18%,test groups B and C were 16%and 14%,respectively,and exogenous lysine,methionine,threonine and tryptophan were added to achieve amino acid balance.The results showed that on the basis of ensuring the balance of amino acids,reducing the level of crude protein by 2-4 percentage points significantly reduced the contents of urinary nitrogen and the total nitrogen.The apparent biological value of nitrogen increased significantly with the decrease of dietary protein level.Serum urea level decreased significantly with the decrease of dietary protein level.The results showed that the reduction of dietary crude protein level by 2-4 percentage points not only had no adverse impact on the health status of growing pigs,but also significantly reduced nitrogen emission and alleviate the environmental pollution caused by pig industry.
