酵素饲料对绿壳蛋鸡蛋品质的影响

Effects of Enzyme Feed on Egg Quality of Green-eggshell Chickens

为研究复方酵素饲料对绿壳蛋鸡蛋品质的影响,试验选取已过产蛋高峰期的、体况一致的健康绿壳蛋鸡1200只,随机分为2组(对照组和试验组),每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加2%酵素饲料,进行为期5周的饲养试验,其中预试期为1周,正试期为4周。结果表明:试验组的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明饲粮中添加酵素饲料能够提高绿壳蛋鸡的蛋品质。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effects of enzyme feed on egg quality of green eggshell chickens.A total of 1200 green-eggshell chickens with the same body condition after the peak laying period were randomly divided into two groups(control group and test group),with three replicates in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the test group was fed with 2%enzyme feed in the basic diet for five weeks.The pre-trial period was one week and the positive trial period was four weeks.The results showed that the yolk ratio,haugh unit,egg specific gravity,flesh spot rate and yolk color in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The result showed enzyme feed could improve egg quality of green eggshell chickens.
