“互联网+”时代地市级城市报刊亭转型路径研究——以衡阳市为例

On Transformation Path of Newsstand in Prefecture-level Cities in“Internet Plus”Era——Taking Hengyang City as an example

在“互联网+”时代,作为地市级城市的城市记忆、城市文明载体的报刊亭发展遭遇重重困难。但随着我国邮政事业的勃兴和“深度阅读人群”规模的扩大,城市报刊亭仍有着生存和发展的空间,需要做出改变的是,报刊亭需与城市形象建设和城市发展进程同频共振,集“阅读空间”“生活空间”“科技空间”“城市守望者”等多种现代功能于一身,真正成为城市居民工作和生活中不可或缺的部分。同时,城市管理者应在报刊亭布局、经营管理、资金投入等方面进行合理规划和科学统筹,使城市报刊亭成为现代城市一道亮丽的风景。

In the era of“Internet plus”,the only way to get rid of the development dilemma of newsstand in prefecture-level cities is to transform and upgrade.With the rise of China’s postal service and the expansion of the“in-depth reading crowd”,as a carrier of urban memory and urban civilization,the newsstand still has space for survival and development today.What needs to be changed is that newsstand must resonate with urban image construction and urban development process at the same frequency,integrating multiple modern functions such as“reading space”,“living space”,“science and technology space”and“city watchman”,and truly becoming an indispensable part of urban residents’work and life.At the same time,the city manager in the newsstand layout,management,investment and other aspects of reasonable planning and scientific overall planning,the city newsstand will become a beautiful scenery in modern cities.
