摘要
针对城市固体废弃物的产生、处置及其对于人居环境的影响进行系统的梳理及阐述,重点分析目前我国使用较为广泛的几种城市固废处置技术,包括填埋、焚烧、有机堆肥及厌氧消解、热解及气化,针对其处置能力、资源化利用水平及其在空间和时间资源的消耗、环境二次污染方面存在的问题进行分析,并引出3种新兴的城市固废处置技术,即水泥窑协同处置、城市固废制砖、城市固废制陶粒,在技术优势、政策导向、市场规模等方面分析其作为现行城市固废处置技术的补充或替代的可能性,提出提高城市固废管理水平和处置技术能力的建议。
This paper systematically sorts out and elaborates the generation,treatment of municipal solid waste and its impact on the human settlement environment,focusing on the analysis of several widely used treatment technologies:landfill,incineration,organic composting and anaerobic digestion,pyrolysis and gasification,analyzing their treatment capacity,resource utilization and the problems existing in the consumption of space and time resources,environmental secondary pollution.Introduce three emerging urban solid waste treatment technologies:cement kiln co-processing,urban solid waste brick production and urban solid waste ceramsite production,analyzing the possibility of supplementing or replacing the current urban solid waste treatment technology in terms of technical advantages,policy orientation,and market scale,and finally propose several suggestions to improve urban solid waste management level and treatment technologies.
