摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱仪无标分析软件对土壤标准物质进行分析,对比认定值,对其准确性展开探讨,浅谈该方法在环境应急监测工作中的应用。
Standard-less analysis software of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to analyze the soil standard materials,the identified values was compared,and the accuracy of the method was discussed,and then the application of the method in environmental emergency monitoring was introduced.
