碳排放权交易对物价的影响

运用投入产出法,模拟碳排放权交易情形下碳成本的传导机制,进而分析碳排放权交易情形下碳成本的传导对物价的影响,主要研究碳排放权交易的实施,对电力部门施加一定的碳配额造成的额外成本对其他各部门物价的影响。模拟结果显示,对电力行业实施碳排放权交易,碳成本传导至其他行业,会使各行业物价水平出现不同幅度上涨,但涨幅有限。

Using the input-output method,simulate the transmission mechanism of carbon cost in the case of carbon emissions trading,and analyze the impact of carbon cost transmission on prices,mainly studies the implementation of the carbon emissions trading policy,the impact of the extra cost caused by imposing a certain carbon quotas on power sector on prices of other departments.The simulation results show that the implementation of carbon emission trading in the power industry will lead to the transmission of carbon cost to other industries,which will cause the price level of each industry to rise by different degrees,but the rise is limited.
