新疆畜牧业发展现状与发展环境分析

An Analysis of Status Quo and Environment of Developing Animal Husbandry in Xinjiang

新疆是我国畜牧业大区,畜牧业是农牧区经济发展的支柱产业,是农牧业增效、农牧民增收致富的重要产业。文章在分析新疆畜牧业现状的基础上,运用SWOT方法对新疆畜牧业发展环境进行分析。结果表明:新疆地域辽阔,畜牧业资源丰富,具有良好的产业发展基础、巨大的发展潜力和旺盛的市场需求,但存在规模化养殖比例不高、产业结构不合理、科学养殖水平不高等问题。今后应注重产业结构的合理性和投入产出效益的有效性,加大牛羊规模化养殖力度,加快推进草原畜牧业转型升级,培育形成全产业链,确保畜牧业持续高质量发展。

Xinjiang is one of the major regions of animal husbandry in China.Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of economic development in agricultural and pastoral areas,and has become an important industry for increasing the efficiency of agriculture and animal husbandry and the farmers’income.In order to explore a suitable way for the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang,this paper,systematically analyzes the development environment of animal husbandry by using SWOT model,based on the current situation of animal husbandry in Xinjiang.The result shows that Xinjiang has a vast territory and relatively rich animal husbandry resources,which has a good industrial development foundation,huge development and market space potential.However,there are many restricting factors as less number of large scale farming,unreasonable industrial structure,low-level scientific farming.Therefore,to ensure the continuous high quality animal husbandry development,it needs us to focus on the rationality of animal husbandry industrial structure,to pay attention to the effectiveness of the input and output efficiency,to intensify the cattle and sheep scale farming in agricultural area,to speed up the transformation and upgrading of grassland animal husbandry,further to cultivate and form whole animal husbandry industry chain.
