中药祛毒汤联合马应龙痔疮膏预防造血干细胞移植病人肛周感染的效果观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qudu decoction combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment on prevention of perianal infection in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

目的:探讨中药祛毒汤联合马应龙痔疮膏预防造血干细胞移植(HSCT)病人肛周感染的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2022年2月医院收治的进行HSCT病人80例,根据盲抽法将其分为观察组与对照组各40例。两组均给予常规护理,在此基础上对照组采用常规碘伏溶液治疗,观察组采用中药祛毒汤联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗,两组持续治疗至移植后1个月。比较两组病人移植后1个月肛周感染情况,并比较两组病人治疗期间不良反应。结果:相较对照组,观察组病人肛周感染发生率更低(P<0.05);相较对照组,观察组病人不良反应总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:中药祛毒汤联合马应龙痔疮膏可降低HSCT病人肛周感染率,且安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qudu decoction combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment on preventing perianal infection in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods:A total of 80 patients with HSCT admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the blind pumping method,with 40 cases in each group.On this basis,the patients in control group were treated with conventional iodophor solution,while the patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qudu decoction combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment.The two groups were treated continuously until one month after transplantation.The perianal infection was compared between the two groups one month after transplantation,and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of perianal infection in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qudu decoction combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment can reduce perianal infection rate in patients with HSCT,and it is safe.
