Status quo and influencing factors of emergency department nurses′intention to stay

摘要 目的:调查急诊科护士的留职意愿现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:2021年9月—2021年11月采用便利抽样法选取河南省二级及以上医院的急诊科护士为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表、护士职业认同评定量表、护士留职意愿量表对其进行网络问卷调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关性分析、多元线性回归分析研究急诊科护士留职意愿的影响因素。结果:430名急诊科护士留职意愿得分为(20.35±4.10)分。心理弹性、职业认同与留职意愿得分之间呈正相关。多元线性回归分析显示,担任领导职务、月均收入、有职业规划、心理弹性、社交技能、社会支持、职业认知评价是急诊科护士留职意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护士留职意愿处于中等水平,护理管理者应注重其影响因素,采取针对性措施提高其留职意愿水平,保证急诊科护理队伍的稳定。 Objective:To investigate the status quo of emergency department nurses′intention to stay and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:From September 2021 to November 2021,emergency department nurses from secondary and above hospitals in Henan province were selected as the survey objects by convenience sampling.The general information questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,nurse professional identity rating scale and the scale of nurses′intention to stay were used to conduct an online questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to study the influencing factors of emergency department nurses′intention to stay.Results:The score for intention to stay of 430 emergency department nurses who participated in the survey was(20.35±4.10).There was a positive correlation between resilience,occupational identity and the score of intention to stay.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that leadership position,monthly average income,career planning,psychological resilience,social skills,social support and occupational cognitive evaluation were the main influencing factors of emergency department nurses′intention to stay(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intention to stay on the job of nurses in the emergency department is at a moderate level.Nursing managers should pay attention to the influencing factors and take targeted measures to improve their intention to stay on the job and ensure the stability of the nursing team in the emergency department.
