高职护生对护理在线课程质量认知的质性研究

Qualitative study of higher vocational nursing students′cognition on quality of nursing online courses

目的:了解高职护理专业学生(护生)对在线课程质量的认知及建议,为在线课程质量评价标准的改革提供参考。方法:2020年6月采取目的抽样法抽取高职护生15名为研究对象,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其进行焦点小组访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析提炼主题。结果:高职护生对护理在线课程质量有以下3个方面的认知,高职护生在线课程质量观注重自我体验,高职护生不认可部分护理在线课程质量,应从多方面加强护理课程质量建设。结论:高职护生对护理在线课程质量有一定的了解,护理在线课程质量建设仍处于发展阶段,相关部门应针对护理在线课程质量建设存在的问题及高职护生对在线课程质量的认知及建议,实施护理在线课程质量评价的改革。

Objective:To understand the cognition and suggestions of higher vocational nursing students(nursing students)on the quality of online courses,and to provide reference for the reform of online course quality evaluation standards.Methods:In June 2020,a total of 15 high vocational nursing students were selected by purposive sampling as the research objects.Phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct focus group interview,and Colaizzi′s 7-step analysis method was used to analyze and refine themes.Results:High vocational nursing students have the following three aspects of cognition on the quality of nursing online courses,including vocational nursing students were focused on self-experience,did not recognize the quality of some online nursing courses,the quality construction of nursing courses should be strengthened from various aspects.Conclusions:High vocational nursing students have a certain understanding of the quality of online nursing courses.The quality construction of online nursing courses is still in the development stage,so the relevant departments should address the problems in the quality construction of online nursing courses and the cognition and suggestions of higher vocational nursing students,and implement the reform of quality evaluation of nursing online courses.
