梁底悬挂运梁设备中制动装置的设计与研究

摘要 公路桥梁建设中,常采用悬臂拼装法施工,需将钢箱梁运送到桥面前端。在桥梁底面铺设轨道,使用悬挂式运输设备运送钢箱梁,占地面积少、通过性好。因桥梁有一定的纵坡,梁底悬挂运梁设备中必须要有制动装置。针对轨道悬挂运梁设备中现有的制动装置制动力不够、安全性不高,提出了一种新型液压夹紧制动装置。该装置通过液压缸推拉楔形块夹紧轨道的方式制动,控制方便,夹紧部位受力均匀。配有由蓄能器与液控单向阀等组成的液压系统,较大提高了制动装置的安全性。本文以达到制动力为出发点,计算了楔形块需要的推力,进而设计了液压系统和机械机构。最后通过Ansys Workbench软件对制动装置进行静力学分析,其变形和等效应力皆满足使用要求。 In the construction of highway bridges,cantilever assembly method is often used,and the steel box girder needs to be transported to the front end of the bridge deck.The track is laid on the bottom of the bridge,and the suspended transportation equipment is used to transport the steel box girder,which has less floor area and good trafficability.Because the bridge has a certain longitudinal slope,there must be a braking device in the beam suspension and transportation equipment at the beam bottom.A new type of braking device,which is not safe enough for the operation of the existing hydraulic braking device,is proposed.The device is braked by the way that the hydraulic cylinder pushes and pulls the wedge block to clamp the track,which is convenient to control and the force on the clamping part is uniform.It is equipped with a hydraulic system composed of accumulator and hydraulic control one-way valve,which greatly improves the safety of the braking device.Based on the braking force,this paper calculates the thrust required by the wedge block,and then designs the hydraulic system and mechanical mechanism.Finally,the static analysis of the braking device is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,and its deformation and equivalent stress meet the application requirements.
