Since 2020,influenced by COVID-19,Sino US friction,supply and demand and other factors,the semiconductor industry has had a major impact,and the whole industry has been restructured.In this context,major challenges are posed in the internal capacity control,production process scheduling,cost control and quality control of semiconductor enterprises.Today,with the new generation of information technology revolution in full swing,the integration of industrialization and informatization has become the direction of many enterprises,and enterprise digital transformation has become the only way for enterprise transformation and upgrading.The integration of industrialization and industrialization is the main line of building a manufacturing power,intelligent manufacturing is the main direction and commanding height,and it is a major strategic direction put forward by the Party Central Committee under the background of the new era.This paper focuses on the practical case of a semiconductor packaging enterprise in the process of industrialization and information integration based on the enterprise digital transformation standard,so as to provide typical application scenarios for the digital transformation of the semiconductor industry and boost the high-quality development of the industry.
