摘要 为了解决监控设备智能控制应用中控制指令延迟时间较长,控制响应不够及时的问题,本文提出基于物联网的监控设备智能控制方法(简称基于IOT的监控设备智能控制方法)。采用串联接入方式将电流无线传感器接入监控设备CP机电路上,利用识别函数识别监控设备运行状态;利用物联网技术将无线传感器、监控设备、主控板三者之间建立通信联系,采用全双工异步串行通信方式进行控制数据传输;引入智能感应控制器,根据识别到的监控设备运行状态,对监控设备运行状态进行智能切换,实现基于物联网的监控设备智能控制。经实验证明,基于IOT的监控设备智能控制方法控制延迟时间较短,能够实现监控设备实时控制。 In order to solve the problems of long delay time of control command and insufficient timely control response in the application of intelligent control of monitoring equipment, this paper proposes an intelligent control method of monitoring equipment based on Internet of things(hereinafter referred to as IOT based intelligent control method of monitoring equipment). The current wireless sensor is connected to the CP machine circuit of the monitoring equipment by series access, and the operation state of the monitoring equipment is identified by the identification function;The Internet of things technology is used to establish communication links among wireless sensors, monitoring equipment and main control board, and the full duplex asynchronous serial communication mode is used for control data transmission;The intelligent induction controller is introduced to intelligently switch the operation state of the monitoring equipment according to the identified operation state of the monitoring equipment, so as to realize the intelligent control of the monitoring equipment based on the Internet of things. Experiments show that the intelligent control method of monitoring equipment based on IOT has short control delay time and can realize the real-time control of monitoring equipment.
