摘要
介绍20.5/70-16工程机械斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径896 mm,断面宽310 mm,行驶面宽度300 mm,行驶面弧度高9 mm,胎圈着合直径406 mm,胎圈着合宽度260 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.914,胎面采用L-3块状花纹,花纹深度17 mm,花纹饱和度67%,花纹周节数24。施工设计:胎面采用冷贴方式,胎体采用高强度2100dtex/2锦纶6帘布;缓冲层采用1400dtex/2锦纶6帘布,采用3#成型机成型、双模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均达到相应国家标准和企业标准要求。
The design on 20.5/70-16 off-the-road bias tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 896 mm,cross-sectional width 310 mm,width of running surface 300 mm,arc height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,bead width at rim seat 260 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.914,using L-3 block pattern for tread,pattern depth 17 mm,block/total ratio 67%,and number of pattern pitches 24.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:cold lamination for tread,2100dtex/2 nylon 6 cord for carcass,1400dtex/2 nylon 6 cord for breaker,using 3^(#) building machine to build tire and double mold steamer vulcanizing machine to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,physical properties and durability met the requirements of national and enterprise standard.
