消费者对湖南大米质量安全信息的需求调查 被引量:1

摘要 通过调查609位消费者对湖南大米质量安全的信息需求,发现消费者对湖南大米质量安全信息的需求特征如下:消费者对湖南大米质量安全信息的需求意愿强;消费者获取湖南大米质量安全信息的渠道多样化,有亲朋好友的介绍宣传、电视新闻等;消费者对于湖南大米包装上的一般信息需求较强,对湖南大米的农残含量或重金属含量、营养成分、转基因标识等专业信息需求也较强。限制消费者获取大米质量安全信息的主要因素包括:消费者自己不关注、信息获取障碍、信息识别障碍以及企业隐瞒信息等。基于上述发现,提出了优化湖南大米质量安全信息搜索平台的内容,加强湖南大米企业对大米质量安全信息的公布,增强消费者、供应者与监管部门之间的互动,加强食品质量安全宣传教育等满足消费者对湖南大米质量安全信息需求的建议。 By investigating 609 consumers’demand for information on the quality and safety of Hunan rice,this study summarized the characteristics of consumers’demand for quality and safety information of Hunan rice:consumers had a strong demand for such information;the channels through which consumers obtained the information were diversified,including the introduction and publicity from relatives and friends and TV news;consumers had a strong demand for general information displayed on the packaging bags of Hunan rice,as well as professional information on the content of pesticide residues and heavy metals,nutritional components,and GMO labeling of Hunan rice.The main factors limiting consumers’access to quality and safety information of Hunan rice included consumers’lack of attention,information acquisition barriers,information recognition barriers,and enterprises’concealment of information.Based on these findings,suggests about meeting consumers’demand for quality and safety information of Hunan rice were proposed:to optimize the content of the search platform for Hunan rice quality and safety information,to strengthen the disclosure of rice quality and safety information by Hunan rice enterprises,to enhance the interaction between consumers,suppliers and regulators,and to strengthen the publicity and education of food quality and safety.
