摘要
为了更好地促进郴州柑橘产业的发展,研究基于AHP-SWOT模型,对郴州柑橘产业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,计算得到优势、劣势、机会、威胁的总力度和区域柑橘产业发展战略方位角与战略态度。结果表明:郴州市柑橘产业发展战略类型属于开拓型战略区的实力型,应采取积极的战略态度。根据研究结果,从牢固树立产业高质量发展理念、全面提升果实品质、大力建设商品化处理生产线、持续推进品牌建设、深入挖掘市场潜力等方面提出了发展建议。
Based on the AHP-SWOT model,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Chenzhou citrus industry were analyzed,the total strength of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and the strategic azimuth and attitude of Chenzhou citrus industry development were calculated,and the development strategy was selected accordingly.The results show that the development strategy of Chenzhou citrus industry belongs to the strength-typed in the pioneering strategic area,and the positive strategic attitude should be adopted.Accordingly,suggestions are put forward:firmly establishing the concept of high-quality industrial development;comprehensively improving the quality of fruits;vigorously building commercial processing production lines;continuously promoting brand building;and further exploring the market potential.
